Rob Ruvin is responsible for Business Development in Florida. Ruvin is responsible for researching, locating, and proposing new business development opportunities for Sherman Associates and related entities.

Ruvin establishes and maintains client and government relationships while sponsoring interaction to obtain new projects. He represents the company at government meetings and negotiations and works collaboratively with the development team to achieve company development goals.

Ruvin brings over 35 years of development, architectural, and construction experience and has been actively involved in entitlement, due diligence, lease and contract negotiation, and community outreach throughout the Midwest and Florida.

Ruvin is the co-founder of several family businesses in the real estate industry including residential design/build, real estate development, and architecture.
