Richard Kiemen, Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for leading operations at Sherman Associates including Development & Construction, Property Management, Hospitality & Retail, and Facilities. Kiemen’s leadership ensures the development of Sherman’s strategic goals and objectives and the overall management of the organization.

Richard Kiemen has over 40 years of experience in general contracting and project management. Working with Sherman Associates since 2005, he has been involved with multi-family, residential, public and private construction projects throughout the Midwest and Colorado. Kiemen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and holds a Minnesota residential contractor’s license.
