Michael Liberatore is a Developer for Sherman Associates with a focus on projects in the Florida market.

Liberatore achieves development goals by prioritizing client focus, as well as developing strong relationships with public and private entities including state, federal, and local officials; public agencies; community organizations; lending institutions; and private equity investors.

With over 15 years of real estate and development experience, Liberatore brings expertise in pre-development activities including acquisition, due diligence, cost analysis, and project management. His unique background in affordable and market-rate multifamily along with federal and state historic tax credits and low-income housing tax credits extends from his nearly five years of experience at Rhode Island Housing and equips him to contribute to Sherman’s growing portfolio of affordable housing and historic reuse projects.

Liberatore holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Providence College.
