Mary Jo Kelly leads commercial leasing and supports business development efforts across Sherman Associates’ mixed-use and commercial portfolio. She is responsible for working with third party commercial brokers to originate new leasing opportunities with commercial partners that maximize net operating income and reduce vacancies across our diverse portfolio.

Kelly brings over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and portfolio management. Her expertise spans deal negotiation and financial structuring across diverse asset classes. She is a former President and Board Member of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) and former member of the Women’s Leadership Council with Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

Kelly is a member of Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate/Realtors (MNCAR) and holds a Real Estate Broker’s License, as well as a LEED Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. She was recognized as a Power Woman in Commercial Real Estate by Bisnow in 2021 and a Notable Woman in Commercial Real Estate by Twin Cities Business in 2022.
