As Chief Operating Officer, Kyle Burkett provides executive leadership for Sherman Associates’ multifamily, hospitality, retail, and commercial operations, as well as the company’s accounting, asset management, and marketing departments. Drawing on extensive experience in operations, asset management, and portfolio leadership, he helps improve organizational effectiveness and drive consistent execution across the company’s operating businesses.

Burkett brings more than 20 years of experience leading operations, asset management, and portfolio performance across multifamily housing and other real estate asset classes. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Science in Enterprise Management and International Business from the University of Tennessee, and is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).
