Janelle Hielscher, Chief Finance Officer, oversees the Finance & Accounting and Asset Management teams and is responsible for the financial reporting compliance of all divisions of Sherman Associates including Development, Construction, Corporate, Multifamily Residential and Commercial properties, and Hospitality & Retail operations. Hielscher is also heavily involved in maintaining communication and relationships with Sherman Associates’ lenders and partners.

Hielscher is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a background in public accounting assurance services.
