Denise Flood is Regional Director of Multifamily Operations. Based in Minneapolis, MN, Flood oversees Sherman’s team of Regional Property Managers and all support staff in Minneapolis, Duluth, and Milwaukee. Flood utilizes her strengths in teamwork and integrity to inspire Sherman’s Property Management team, ensuring all residential properties are held to the highest standard of care and management. Flood joined Sherman in 2013, and has since lead the Riverside Plaza team to win a number of industry-leading awards. Most recently, Flood received a MADACS for Portfolio Manager of the Year, and represented Riverside Plaza’s MADACS win for Property of Excellence: Affordable.
