Allison Shaw is a Regional Director of Multifamily Operations. Based in Des Moines Iowa, Shaw oversees Sherman’s team of Regional Property Managers and all support staff in Central and Western Iowa. Her expertise and attention to details ensures her team has all necessary resources to provide residents with the very best service and living experience. Shaw and her team have a reputation for winning awards. Most recently, in 2017, Shaw was awarded a Pinnacle Award, presented by the Greater Iowa Apartment Association, for Regional Manager of the Year; and in 2018, her team won two Pinnacle Awards for Regional/multi-Site Supervisor of the Year, and Property Manager (Affordable) of the Year. 

Shaw holds a Bachelor Degree from Buena Vista University, is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), and certified in Tax Credit Compliance Systems (TaCCs).
