Phoenix on the Fax, Sherman Associates’ first venture into the Denver affordable housing market has completed a successful and on time lease up of the 50 rental units.  Being a part of the Tax Credit or Section 42 program, Phoenix on the Fax provides housing designated especially for households that fall below the median income for the area.  Throughout the planning, construction and lease up of this community, Sherman Associates has been privileged to develop strong relationships with important leaders in the community and is proud to be a part of bringing life back to one of Colorado’s most in need neighborhoods.
